Unable to run(R) simulation on NCTUns-6.0

I'm using NCTUns-6.0 on fedora 11 (32-bit). I do my research work in OBS (Optical Burst Switching) network. I'm try to create simulation on OBS in NCTUns-6.0 but After draw(D) topology and edit(E) topology in NCTUns-6.0, unable to run(R) simulation, getting

error: No Idle Server Please try again later or submit a background job

Looks like another server is required ?

Isn't it "dispatcher" that functions as the server ?
"Background command" : # dispatcher &

Ok...and do we now guess as to ALL of the details about your system, what you're trying to do, your code, versions of software, etc??? Did you even TRY the suggestions (as in "waiting", or "submitting a background job"??)
