Unable to Browse Internet via DSL (WiMAX) or Mobile Broadband Connection in Fedora 18

Hi All,

Recently i have install Fedora 18 (64) in my desktop.

After installation, i have setup a PPPOE connection (Wimax-DSL) & Mobile Broadband connection (using a Huawei E303 dongel).

When i select & connect Wimax or Mobile BB connection via Network Manager, connections are getting dialed & connecting, but i was unable to browse web or ping to www.google.com .

when i run ifconfig command, its shows that ppp0 connection as connected and the obtained IP Address also.

Pls kindly help me to overcome this issue.

Best Regards,
Thilina.

Thilina.

What do you mean with this? Are there any error message shown by your browser? Also, did you try to ping the gateway shown in ifconfig?

Have you ever tried connecting to google using other network sources? (wifi for instance)
