Unable to activate eth0

I cannot activate eth0. When I look in the system log, I get "No DHCPOFFERS received" error message. I suspect that my network adapter for eth0 is not configured properly. The card is recognized correctly (3c905CTX) but the following parameters seem to be missing:

IRQ: Unknown
MEM: blank
IO: blank

When I look the parameters in windows, I get:

IRQ: 19
MEM: DFFFF780-DFFFF7FF
IO: E000-E07F

I tried to enter that information but it did not solve the problem. I am not sure of the format that should be used to enter that information. For instance, the selection list for the IRQ only goes from 1 to 15, but I can type 19.

Any idea what is the problem?
