Uable to make boot floppy in Fedora Core 1

I am doing a standard install in Fedora Core 1. When trying to make a boot floppy in the last step before rebooting (after choosing to make a boot floppy) Ireceive the following error message.

Unable to make boot floppy
The size of the kernel modules
needed for your machine make it
impossible to create a boot disk
that will fit on a floppy diskette

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Joe 47

You can make a lilo boot floppy which does not stuff a kernel onto the floppy by following the instructions in setcion 8 of this HOWTO:
