turck mmcache

I wanted to install turck mmcache on a fedora core 2 with php version 4.3.10 (upgraded with yum) but the moment i come at the second line :

export PHP_PREFIX="/usr"

i get a -bash error that :
-bash: /usr/local/bin/phpize: No such file or directory

if i go to look for phpize than it says there is no phpize on the harddisk...

what can i do to install this???

the developpers email doesn't work because i get every time my e mails back..
