Trying to install FC5
 
Trying to install FC5 and having trouble. DVD boots up alright, But when I get to creating a root password, I try to type it in all the letters keep repeating themselves making it impossible to continue! Is anyone running into this problem, and does anyone know how to fix this one! TY!

Sounds like the keyboard is not configured correctly. Try a different one?

if you're using graphical install, try switching to text install -- maybe it's an X issue. to do that, type "linux text" at the boot prompt.
