Go to terminal, sign in as root, then execute yum install clamav. It's in the fedora-updates.repo, which should be on your Fedora 11 install, unless you didn't activate updates when you installed.

Since there are no viruses active for linux, the app is useless. If your dual booting Windows, download ClamWin and run it on that install, makes more sense.

Clam!

Since it sounds like you are new to the Clam AV game I highly recommend using Klamav, which is a KDE Gui front end for Clam. It's nice for reporting, updating, etc.

The package I have installed on F11 is: klamav-0.46-2.fc11.i586, but a simple

Code:
# yum install -y klamav
should do the trick!
