Question Transparent menus

OK I Remember finding the setting in FC1 that would allow you to have Transparent menus but I have looked and looked in FC3 and can not find it.

Now I found the option to make Transparent Panels and that was a joke. Only part of the panel was Transparent and the Icons, clock and menus where not.

Can any one tell me where it is?

No, I cannot, but if you want, KDE has transparent abilities.

In KDE goto Control Panel > Apearance & Themes > Style . Then tab called Effects. Select Menu Effect = Translucent. This feature is not available in all styles. Try KDE Classic from the style tab.
