Syslog event codes

Hello,

I am looking to put together a complete list of all event codes that could appear in the log files of a normal Fedora (or RHEL)base installation. Where would I find such a list? Does one even exist?

Thanks - Joe

what kind of event codes?? there is no such thing really, outside of syslog priority.facility markings, which aren't generally printed in the logs. there's thousands of different projects in the mix on a linux system, there si no standard list of error codes.
