subsys lock?
I can't seem to get a few programs working, one of them being proftpd here is an example of me launching it.
[root@localhost travis]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/proftpd start
Starting proftpd: [ OK ]
[root@localhost travis]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/proftpd status
proftpd dead but subsys locked
[root@localhost travis]#
I've tried deleting the subsys lock but that doesn't help, I reload the app, do status and it says that again.
please help.
