If you are dual booting XP and F3, they are on the same harddrive I would suspect. Im not sure what you mean by your question though, sorry.

if u want to remove the bootloader then you can either from a win startup disk type : fdisk /mbr or from winxp cd and enter the recovery mode then type : fixmbr

here is how to put grub on a floppy:
http://www.desktop-linux.net/grub.htm

or you could use something like Smart Boot Manager

Just for anyone hu wants to kno, i have XP and F3 on different drives. Now that thats cleared up heema, when i boot from my cd i press R then it asks me for the drive with the Xp. After i put in which drive it asks me for an administrator password. I'm assuming this is a computer administrator so i typed it in but it said the password is invalid. After i changed my password i tried again and it said it was invalid again any ideas?
