strange issue with FC13
 

FC13 is great except for one weird problem I'm having. Every now and then the system hangs, including the keyboard, except for the mouse movement. I can move the mouse to my hearts content, but the buttons do not work. The only way to start using FC13 again is to do a hard reboot. Just noticed last night that when this happens the keyboard no longer turns on the designated lights when pressing the caps lock or num-lock keys. About to switch keyboards to see if this is the issue, but was curious if anyone else was having the same problem.

i've had this issue on F12 with my desktop computer.. and i had the same issue with my lappy and ubuntu 10.04

and to tell you the truth i couldnt solve this..

? is this a default Gnome install or is KDE also installed ?
it sounds like x11 is crashing . That is very common in fedora
what 3d card are you using ? the driver?
and a bunch more info is needed.

Default Gnome plus KDE install from with all the available updates.
Nvidia G250.
Noeveou Nvidia drivers.

Sorry for the vague response. i can provide more detailed information when I'm back at my computer tomorrow.

have you tried blacklisting the nouveau driver and install the nvidia kmod from rpmfusion
