If you need to enable the ssh server to start at boot -

/sbin/chkconfig --add sshd

That will start it at boot if it isn't already.

Are you running a firewall that blocks ssh access?

For a good firewall, run firestarter

yum install firestarter

Turn of the fedora firewall, and use firestarter to configure your firewall, making sure it allows ssh access.
