Lightbulb squid redirection

Hi,

We have a main squid server running on a fedora linux fc6 with an ip in 172.16 network. We have a 10. network that also need to use the same proxy. To do this, we have configured another linux server that acts as a gateway for 10. network to communicate with proxy. This server has two n/w cards. One in 172.16. network and another in 10. (IP 10.235.10.50) network. In 10. network systems,10.235.10.50 is given as proxy server's address.
What configuration should I need to do in gateway server, to redirect the proxy request to main squid server?
Presently I can browse from gateway server, but not from 10. n/w systems.

Kindly help me.
