Set up dcc and timeserver with system-config-securitylevel

What portrotocol values do I have to set to have dcc and timeserver available when the firewall is up? i think dcc work if I send bot not to recieve.
I know the timeserver client uses port 123 and dcc uses 1024, 1025 and so forth, but no idea what protocol to set. tcp? udp?
