Question Session havoc in Fedora Core 2


Hi,
I have a celeron 1ghz running Fedora core 2. The problem is that by default fedora logs into Gnome. While I do change the session option on boot up to KDE the next time i log in the default setting is back to Gnome. N e ideas on how i can make KDE the defailt session ?

Try the switchdesk utility.

In FC2, there is no GIU tool to switch sessions...

Open console and type the following

Code:
switchdesk KDE

I googled for this and found a solution.

You can actually install the GUI for switchdesk. It can be found
here..

Just install the rpm (rpm -Uvh switchdesk-gui-4.0.3-1.noarch.rpm) and run switchdesk, a gui pops up.u can set the default session
