Sendmail problem on Fedora, Send mail twice

Hello All,

I am pretty new to send mail . I have set up sendmail 8.13.1 on fedora core 3. I have set up Pop3 and IMap using cyrus. All looked good untill recently when i sent news leters about 25K .. i noticed that it sent all the emails twice .. Then i did one more test by sending like 100 emails .. it sent the emails only once. So i have been trying to find out whats wrong here . all in vain .. The program that i used to send emails was running on the host machine..

Would really appriciate if some could help me with this

Thanks in advance.
