Exclamation Security breach updated status?

Hello,

I am a newbie to Fedora Core 9 and recently read that the redhat servers were tampered with. I noticed I could not run any yum updates and came across a few posts indicating that such happened.

Does anyone know of a few sites that would have an updated status with this issue? I seem to be finding bits and pieces, but nothing giving full details of how long one must wait to update their packages and what those who are running any version of Fedora should do after all is done and said.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I moved your post to the Fedora forum for more focused exposure.
