Are you talking about "Edit Page" in the File menu? If you are wanting to get rid of flash in a page you are viewing, I don't think that is what "Edit Page" is for. Or are you talking about an extension. If its a FireFox extension, it might not work in SeaMonkey.

If you are wanting to stop Flash in the pages you view, I have two suggestions. One is prefbar. This is an extensions for SeaMonkey and Firefox that provides a customizable toolbar (easily hides/unhides with F8 key) that provides a number of useful functions, including abling/disabling Flash. (Also allows for quick abling/disabling of JavaScript). The other suggestion is privoxy which is billed as "a web proxy with advanced filtering capabilities for protecting privacy, modifying web page data, managing cookies, controlling access, and removing ads, banners, pop-ups and other obnoxious Internet junk." This works as a local proxy your browser sends all requests throught. One of its options is a filter to "Kill embedded Shockwave Flash objects."

Hope this helps.

EDIT: While privoxy can do many useful things, it can also initially take some time to understand and setup (unless you just use the defaults). If you really want to understand its capabilities, you might want to allow an hour or two for this. Prefbar is much more straight forward.

I want to edit and remove unessary lines and advertising that when I go to print a page I won't waste a lot of ink.

Why not use AdblockPlus?

I'm talking a removing all unnecessary side columns, adverts, etc to print
webpage and Adblock doesn't do that.
Seamonkey does what I want but it can't get rid of Flash9 advertisings.
In fact those flash9 advertisiments are not even seen in the Edit Page mode.

When yo do a Page Edit your are running in the composer. My guess is the composer won't start up the helper apps. I would think you could switch your view to HTML source and edit out the lines directly. But if you are printing from the composer, my quess is it will print what it is actually displaying (i.e. no flash). Have you tried it?

You can block all flash ads with adblock, so if you use it together with seamonkey your problem is fixed?
