Go to your /etc/rc.d folder and see what the next service is for that runlevel. ADSL is obviously started well. Use the numbers in the names to see which service is started before which. Identify the next service and start from there. Posting it here isn't such a bad idea also.

and the last service is my DiCe startup service doesn't start well.
Maybe the kernel that i just updated doesn't work very well with the DiCe.
Well...I'm gonna google somewhere to find the solution.Maybe reinstalling DiCe?
What is DiCe? Oh I see Dynamic DNS client. And you can also try disabling it. Go back to rc.d folder in the etc folder. and chmod the rc.DiCe (or what it is called) to -x.
chmod -x /etc/rc.d/rc.DiCe
This way it won't be started. See if this solves the problem.
