samba problem


few days ago i was modifying the files samba.conf ,httpd.conf and i didnt kept the backup so all my samba and httpd files are damaged.....can someone help me as to how can i get the original files..

The text editor should have created a backup of the file in the same directory.

If you are talking about that default configuration files that came with Fedora, you could remove the rpms for their packages, delete the configuration files, and reinstall the rpms. That should put the default files back in place.
