Rwin

Simple question I hope. How do I set RWIN on Ferdora Core 2? I want the RWIN value set to stay the same on reboot and I want it static. (.i.e it does not self adjust)

What I've tried -

Code:
# echo 37752 > /proc/sys/net/core/rmem_max
I also put that same command in /etc/rc.d/rc.local.

The value changes, but if I run the tweak test at dslreports.com it says my RWIN is 63360. I've run exhaustive google and web searches with no luck. Somebody out there has to know how to do this.
