RPM or Install/Uninstall Manager ?

Hello.

Is there an install/uninstall utility/program ? Something like Red Carpet (which doesn't exist anymore?)

I tried installing Synaptic but I can't get it to install; I got this message:
"configure: error: you need the apt-pkg headers installed to compile synaptic"

Any idea on how to fix this? Does Synaptic work with RPMs as well?

Thanks,
Bryant

Check out http://www.fedora.us/wiki/FedoraHOWTO

You can install Synaptic then with
Code:
apt-get install synaptic
