RPM database, help!
Some time ago (two weeks or so) I had trouble when trying to install one package via yum, then I discovered that my rpmdb was shortened by a GREAT margin (I had only reported in the database like 10 packages). I tried to re-place the database by running the installer and telling it to upgrade the current installation (FC1) and what was my surprise it only erased from the db the other 10 packages... How can I replace the database without trashing my installation???
