Replace Ubuntu with Fedora / Question to Grub

Hi! At the moment my systems looks like the following:

- Installed Windows 8 with Truecrypt Decryption
- Installed Ubuntu 14.04 with Decryption from Ubuntu
- Both in Dual Boot
- If I boot first shows up Truecrypt. If I enter the PW, Windows is booting. If I press ESC, Grub Bootloader shows up and I can boot Ubuntu.
- To do that, I have copied the Grub Bootloader to /boot after the Ubuntu installation. After that I decrypted Windows partition with Truecrypt. The Truecrypt Bootloader is now in the MBR

The question is now: What happens if I replace Ubuntu with Fedora? Then Grub is in the MBR. Right?
Can I place Grub Bootloader to /boot during the Fedora Installation? Is that possible?

Thank you.
