Removing Partitions from a SSD Asus EEE laptop

I,m trying to remove all ext4 partitions from a SSD drive using Gparted.
I can remove the partitions by deleting them and running Apply and it shows the drive is unallocted 51 gb but when I restart the computer Fedora is still there and running.
I even tried fdisk, deleting partitions and run w to write to disk, but Fedora is still there.

Ineed to install a 32 bit Windows7 OS on laptop to be able to program my Drone, I can only use Windows to program, Linux will not run the programming setup.

God I hate Windows but I don't have any other choice.

It sounds like you didn't click on Apply, after you marked a partition for deletion. On my version of Gparted, its a hooked arrow.

Another option to run your drone program would be to install windows in a virtual machine. That way you keep your linux install, and you can use the setup program for your drone. I use Virtual Box to run windows on my system, for the once in a blue moon I need windows.

Yes I did a Apply after each delete of a partition.
Thanks for the suggestion on Virtual Box.
