I just did something interesting the other day. I have a PC in my room that I use as a file server only...OS was Windows Server 2000. The other day I removed that and put RH on instead and made it into my file server. Now she runs much quicker server wise (running it mainly in text mode of course). What kind of hardware do I have? PII 233mhz, 196MB RAM, and a 20GB HDD.

For me, RH and Fedora are very similar so I don't think it'd make much of a difference.
