Reading Malayalam newspapers in Fedora 7 Firefox web browzer

I am using Fedora 7. I want to read Malayalam newspapers through firefox as clearly as I am reading the same in Windows through Internet Explorer.
I downloaded malayalam fonts. I downloaded padma software addon in Firefox. I selected anjalioldlipi as default font in Firefox.
Still some problems perisits. What I have to do next?
I am new to linux. But I want to get out of Windows as much as I can.
I noted some blogs are helping for same but in Ubuntu (debian). I feel nice with Fedora 7 as a lot of help I am getting from fedoraforums.
Do I have to change my OS?
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.
