re-install grub to mbr

So installed widnows, installed linux, reinstalled windows, now I need to reinstall grub into the mbr. when i put in the fedora 8 dvd and goto upgrade and existing installation and the choose update the mbr it says it can't because no kernel packages were installed... What can i do?

Re-Install MBR
