Actually its Fedora 6 Pre release.
Well, I have 1 disk drive a Wester Digital 250Gb
SataII and 2 DVD drives :1)Nec DVD RW ND3550A
2)Lite-On DVD SPHD-16P9SV
The WD has been partitioned in 2 (a winxp partition and an other one) but I have also some Unallocated space of 12Gb for the installation.
I enter the BIOS and select booting from 1) or 2) at a time but the problem remains the same. I CAN'T CONTINUE THE INSTALLATION BECAUSE NO DISK DRIVE WAS FOUND. At the window of choosing the way I wan't to install Fedora 6 : CD Rom, HDD etc, I choose CD Rom.
I have also tried using only one of the DVD drives.
I have downloaded the DVD ISO.I guess that the installation expects a DVD ISO and not CD disks.
The DVD has been tested to an other PC and it worked!
Is there anything I can do ?
I have disabled PCI-eand my onboard soundcard.
I am a newbie don't disapoint me.
