Power Management

Where does one configure power management in Core 3?

I'm not running it on a laptop or anything, but I would like to be able to have the OS power off my monitor after x minutes and possibly sleep the hard drive after y minutes. I usually set those to low values at night when I leave the PC on overnight. It's usually on either running XP or now Fedora Core 3.

From what I understand, most if not all current distros are ACPI compliant, but how do you get to manage the OS's interface to it?

Thanks for the help!

It's a Shuttle XPS (53g) I think. About 2 years old. It IS an ACPI compliant systemboard.
