Password prompt in single user mode

I'd like to have to enter the root password to access single user mode. I used to be able to modify the inittab file to do this, but since Fedora 9 now uses Upstart, I'm not sure how this is done. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Figured this one out. Edit /etc/event.d/rcS-sulogin. Replace the line reading "exec /bin/bash" with "exec /sbin/sulogin".
