OpenOffice 1.1.3 - random errors in fonts

Does anyone have similar "artifacts" in OOo fonts like me?
They usually appear randomly more often in menus rarely in the text canvas. See here:

espinosa.webz.cz/kde/ooo-kde-artifact-1.png
espinosa.webz.cz/kde/ooo-kde-artifact-2.png

espinosa.webz.cz/kde/ooo-kde-artifact-4.png
espinosa.webz.cz/kde/ooo-kde-artifact-5.png
espinosa.webz.cz/kde/ooo-kde-artifact-6.png

This artifacts appears exclusively in OOo, other applicatins, KDE or Gnome look fine.

I haven't any with Fedora Core 2 with the same version of OOo. But since FC3 with all versions of OOo and Xorg I see this, with original versions as well as updated ones.
I encounter this even in all tested OOo2 betas.

Can someone help?
Am I only one?
Does OOo have something like fonts.conf?
Thanks'

some progress...

Some progress:
It looks like, there is problem with Xorg radeon driver shipped with Fedora 3. When I switch my Xorg to Vesa driver (disabled most of the extensions) problems disappeared!
Can anyone with Radeon card (my is Radeon 7500 mobility) and Fedora Core 3 confirm this behavior?
Thanks'

Well, this is a real bug, already reported here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla....cgi?id=143234
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1424

Interim workaroud is to set
Option "renderaccel" "false"
in xorg.conf

In upcoming Xorg 6.8.2 (now it's in RC4 phase) this bug is to be fixed!

I'm just build a new Xorg 6.8.2-1 from RawHide and YES, it's working!
No font glitches in OOo or somewhere else!
Great job!
