help my java app cannot run

java.awt.HeadlessException:
No X11 DISPLAY variable was set, but this program performed an operation which requires it.
at java.awt.GraphicsEnvironment.checkHeadless(GraphicsEnvironment.java:159)
at java.awt.Window.<init>(Window.java:310)
at java.awt.Frame.<init>(Frame.java:419)
at java.awt.Frame.<init>(Frame.java:384)
at com.mtouche.graphics.JPEGScaler.<init>(JPEGScaler.java:128)

I already installed Xvfb and put:
nohup /usr/bin/X11/Xvfb :1 -screen 1 1600x1200x16 &

then shows:
_XSERVTransSocketCreateListener: failed to bind listener
_XSERVTransSocketINETCreateListener: ...SocketCreateListener() failed
_XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: failed to create listener for inet6
_XSERVTransSocketCreateListener: failed to bind listener
_XSERVTransSocketINETCreateListener: ...SocketCreateListener() failed
_XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: failed to create listener for inet
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/, removing from list!
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/CID/, removing from list!

You should ask the moderator(s) to move your thread to the "Programming" forum.

In any case, though, I believe the message is informing you that you must declare an X11 DISPLAY variable in your program so it (the program) can find and/or use the information stored in the structure.
