no muse nor keyboard during graphic login

hello
for some days ago I installed Fedora 10 and it was working pretty well until I plug in my Radeon 9200 graphics card. As usual, I can't know why, Xorg starts "shacking" a lot, I can't remember how i could fix it before (xorg.conf, the only thing I can remember). Any way, because I didn't have system-config-display nor system-config-mouse (wasn't being shown as well, otherwise it was working), I "yum"ed it and runed it, the first one replayed me "NO DEVICE FOUND" (or so). So I "prayed" for the good olds (sorry for Fedora dev team, anyhow thanks because it still works) and wrote a xorg.conf, ok graphics are ok, but, no keyboard nor mouse, God, it doesn't exactly freeze, it simply doesn't work, but all the systems works perfectly.
Ok, new trying, plugged off the graphics card and switched for Internal and PCI (graphics driver/Device), booted ok with init rc3 and changed xorg.conf name, "startx"ed and, again, no mouse nor keyboard, but a good 800x600 blue screen (a good one, gnome).
I googled about it and I think this might be some kind of a paranoid hardware, lol.

May you help me please?

surfing in the fedora's wiki I've found that evdev input devices controller works together with HAL, and as I can remember I had FAILED on HAL during the init.
it may be the cause.
i'll see what I can do and replay

Ok, found that HAL has to do with SELinux and (supostly) setting it to premissive all the system should work...
But it doesn't .
I opened /etc/selinux/configure and changed the
SELINUX=enfourced to SELINUX=permissive.

Executed sestatus and it replayd with permissive status.
So I ran service haldaemon restart and both STOP and START "answered" [FAILED].

:S ... :|
