No kernel-devel

What happened to the kernel-devel for kernels past 2.6.12-1.1372 in FC3? I'm trying to find one for 2.6.12-1.1380 and can't find it anywhere? Can I make one from source and how would I do that?

TIA
Dennis

you don't use a -devel for a kernel, you should have a kernel-headers for just compiling other things against the kernel, or kernel-source for the full source.

Yeah I don't want the full source. Not sure what you mean by you don't use a -devel for a kernel. This is what I'm talking about:

I want to know what happened to the rest of them. It ends with .1372 and goes no further. Thanks

Have you checked in the mirrors that have FC3 updates?

dingaling 11-10-2005 08:37 AM

Like I said before, I can't find it anywhere. All mirrors report the same thing. I guess I just don't understand why they stopped at 2.6.12-1.1372.
