No boot splash for KDE Live spin

When I installed the Gnome Live spin of F7, I would get a nice boot splash with a progress bar as I booted up. This is not present in the KDE spin. How can I enable it?

I don't believe rhgb (RedHat Graphical Boot, aka bootsplash) is even installed on the KDE live spin. Not sure why.
