network configuration


Hi everyone.
i just have installed FC3 on my machine and want to configure my internet connection.
im doing it via the "network configuration"
My problem is that : automatically obtain IP adress settings with dhcp is grayed out and its not working if i try to make it manually.
i try to conf "chello" its an austrian internet provider...
is there a way to make it auto...
?!?!?
