Need to make bus mastering setting permanent using "setpci".

I've been setting up a PC for use as a PVR using MythTV and a Hauppauge PVR-250 TV Card. Everything seems to be looking promising...

However, in order for me to get the "ivtv" module to load, I have to enable Bus Mastering on the PCI slot with the TV card first using "setpci -s 00:09 4.w=116". How can I make this a permanent setting, so that Bus Mastering is enabled early in the boot sequence? The earlier the better I would think, as the "modprobe" of the TV card will be put into the boot sequence at a later time.
