ndiswrapper not working in Fedora 7


Ok, I install ndiswrapper from source on fedora 7 but if I type ndiswrapper it says command not found, but if I type man ndiswrapper it gives me the man page what is going on

Try looking again - as root. I am not familiar with Fedora, but it should be in /usr/sbin, if memory serves me right.

I tried it as root and it still didn't work

Become root using "su -" (not just "su"), then try it again. If that doesn't work, try "/usr/sbin/ndiswrapper". If it still says `command not found', well, maybe you didn't actually install it.

Ok, I got my wireless card to work, but I have no way of configuring it because the fedora network manager doesn't recognize it, is there any way of configuring it by the command-line?

ok, I configured it with iwconfig, now how can I tell fedora to use that connection?

nevermind, I got my wireless to work completely now, I am posting this from my fedora machine as we speak
