well i'm assuming F7 shouldnt be too much different then F9

following steps should get you watching movies on your system

1. Installed Video Card Drivers
** if they arent installed you may experience video lag in larger windows **

2. MPlayer seems to be the wide opinion of people's choice of video player
** http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=53335 ** <- tells you how to install MPlayer through yum. May wanna read it through to make sure you get it installed properly without errors.

3. Codecs if you don't already have them installed
** http://fedorasolved.org/multimedia-solutions/win32-codecs ** <- says win32 codecs but if you follow that page its all codecs including the win32 codecs.

follow those 3 easy steps and you should be all minty to watch movies on your system.
