How do I mount the Logical Volumes so I can read the rest of the disk??
Or is it something else?? I'm assuming it's the Logical Volumes.

The VG should now be activated and LVs mountable.

In response to the above message from acidblue and whatshisname:

Would this process be required for local logical partitions as well? Say if I had 10 partitions on a HD and wanted to mount one?

I believe that acidblue and WhatsHisName are talking about LVM here, which is different than a regular logical partition. Just mount your partition as usual...
