/media/usbdisk

FC4.
When connecting a usb-cardreader to FC4 a /media/usbdisk reads the card
and puts a Icon of a usb-stick on Desktop and displays the pictures on sd-card,
but in konqueror about 3/4 of pictures are displayed as a pictures and the remainder of pictures are displayed as icons.
What application is it that reads the card and displays pictures, it is a default application
that runs, I want to remove it and install usbautocam.
I did a ps aux and the application runs usb-storage and usb-stor-scan.

Thanks
Jim

mount will let you access the device via /media/usbdisk and konqueror actually will read the data and display what it displays.
you have no daemon or app that reads the contents of a usbstick and tells your computer which images to display!
