Low-res launcher icons and duplicates.

Just installed Fedora 18. All applications I launch have a low-res icon in the gnome-shell launcher. Additionally, programs added to favourites get duplicated on the launcher - with low res icons too.

Any idea what could be causing this? A setting somewhere or a window matching bug?

The fuzzy icons are probably caused by the duplicate ones. One user had a fix here: http://jaisejames.wordpress.com/2011...-fedora-15-16/

You may also want to try to remove the user configurations and start over. Note that this might corrupt your desktop, so make sure everything important is backed up.
