logrotate error - last rotated in the future

I'm running FC4 1447, and use logrotate to rotate my logs. For some reason, every night I get errors for other logs, same error:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
error: log /var/log/cups/access_log last rotated in the future -- rotation forced
error: log /var/account/pacct last rotated in the future -- rotation forced

How do I get rid of these errors?
Thanks
MD

Sounds like a buggy clock.
Is your system time set up correctly?

If your clock seems ok, then you can run:
$ touch /var/log/cups/access_log
$ touch /var/account/pacct

to update the timestamps to the current time.
Now run logrotate again. Still there?

Well, I suppose you can manually edit /var/lib/logrotate.status to change all the dates so they are older than the current date....

Good luck...
