Few months ago i downloaded Fedora core 6, cause wanna learn about Linux, so week ago I installed with a windows Vista trying to do a dual boot with no success.
Now i used Virtual PC 2007, install apparently correctly, when boot, ask me for login and password.
How I know the login?
I entered just a password in installation, but no login or user information. At least i dont remember entering one
Theres a workaround? Why theres no GUI(graphical User Interface)?
Sorry if a make grammar mistakes in English, Spanish first language

Chances are you just forgot what you entered. One work-around
would be to use the install CD as a rescue-mode CD, mount the
partition and look at /etc/password to see whether or not a
user-account has been added.

No worries - I've seen far worse from native English speakers
on these boards ;}
I reinstall using text mode (not enough RAM for graphical mode, just 160mb)paying attention to see a place to enter login info or user. None. Just for root.
