live_ram doesnt work; how to boot live-usb running from ram

hi, i tried booting fedora-core-9 live-usb with adding the boot option live_ram but i get this error:

Code:
Done copying live image to RAM.
eject: did not find a device /dev/root in /sys/block
Bug in initramfs /init detected. Dropping to a shell. Good luck!
is there a way to comment out the thing that is trying to eject so that it doesnt crash at that point ?

thanks.
