lirc with bttv TV card

Hi,

I want to compile lirc 0.7.1 with avermedia driver, I get error message that file bttv.h is missing.
I have kernel-devel package installed, but there is no file bttv.h in this package, how I gein correct bttv.h file for my kernel 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4-i686, in which package is it?
