linspire killed grub...now no fc3...

i had a dualboot system comprising of fedora core 3 and windows xp home edition...then a few days back, i made the mistake of installing linspire on my other harddisk...now, the damn linspire removed grub from my bootsector on the main harddisk and installed its own bootloader (lilo i think), so now, i dont get the option of starting fc3...i still get to work with windows xp, but thats not my point... what i wanna know is how do i get grub where it belongs, and is it possible to boot linspire from grub along with windows xp and fc3...thanks anyway

If you have the Fedora Core installation CD, run and at boot,
1) Enter "linux-rescue"
2) chroot /mnt/sysimage
3) grub-install /dev/hda
4) reboot

Make sure you have added Linspire to your grub menu or have a boot floppy for it. If you want to do this, do "cd /mnt/sysimage/boot/" and edit grub.conf before doing step 3.
