libxine.so.1 dependency fedora core 5 enlightenment

I installed Enlightenment E17 on FC5, its working, Im using it right now. But I want to install some additional options for it, like Engage. Engage and a few of the other items require libxine.so.1, I YUMed to get E17 in the first place. I use YUM whenever I can because it *usually* works great with dependencies. I keep getting failed dependecy errors, the failure is libxine.so.1.
I have googled to try to find an RPM for it, all I find on google and on LQ is that I should either use YUM because it will find the dependencies (which it doesnt) or install xine-lib (which i already have the latest version).
What is libxine, where can I get it for FC5?
I read somewhere I think on LQ, that xine-lib and libxine are the same thing. Since I already have xine-lib, can I create a symlink for libxine? If so, where should I put it?

You probably need xine-lib-devel. You can get it from freshrpms website.

I also have that error with libxine.so but at least you got enlightenment working. I tried installing xine-lib-devel with yumex but I got errors with that as well.

I cant seem to get engaged installed for the life of me. FC5 X86_64. Everytime I run 'yum install engage' I get this error:
Code:
Error: Missing Dependency: libxine.so.1 is needed by package epsilon
Error: Missing Dependency: libxine.so.1 is needed by package emotion
I have installed xine-lib-1.1.2-1.fc5.x86_64.rpm and xine-lib-devel-1.1.2-1.fc5.x86_64.rpm form http://bordeaux.freshrpms.net/ and still no luck.

And all of this just to get that look-a-like dock from OSX.

OK im installing engage via yum now on my FC5 X86_64 system!
remove all other xine lib
Code:
yum remove xine
Then install the i386 lib of xine via freashrpms
Code:
 rpm -Uvh ftp://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/fedora/linux/5/xine-lib/xine-lib-1.1.2-1.fc5.i386.rpm --nodeps
Then install engage via yum. make sure you have the didier repos enabled
Code:
yum install engage
